Hi and welcome to kennel Amkida's homepage.
I live with my children Daniel, Kim, Amanda, 8 samoyeds and one greenlanddog. I bought my first samoyed in 1989, it was a male called "Myzak" and with him came a intrest for shows and later on anatomy, genetics and breeding. In januari 1996 ,Nadja, my first breedingbitch was born. She came from Swedsam's kennel, a kennel that I under a couple of years was partowner in. In 1999 She had her first litter and I bred my first litter, from that i kept Romulus and Raya. In 2004 I bought my first Greenlanddog, "Anouk" |

The Samoyed is for me a breed that's both a beautiful show/familydog and a working dog. I do belive that we in the breeding must struggle to combine the beauty with the will to work and a really good mentality My dogs are shown at shows regually and does good results but besides that they also do a lot of working. The mainwork is obidience but they also do some tracking, search and pulling. All dogs live indoors with my family but they do have a dogyard for times when I go shopping and such. All puppies are bred indoors. Feel welcome to contact me if you have a interest in Swedish samoyeds or if you´re intrested in a pup.
