During easter we have had the pleasure to have ann here and she brought Jinnie for mating with my Chip.
 Everything went as planned and hopefully there will be puppies in may, more info aboutthat litter after the ultrasound.

in the end of december Winnie (Lightning Thunder Of Idij) unfortunatley broke his bone, but has recoverd well and hopefully he will be fully healed soon.

On the way up we stopped in Tranås to visit Cathrin & Kristofer who has my Zolos son Blåsippan's Anton "Lurvas", great to see you and that Lurvas is so good and stabile, thanks for the coffee!!

After 700 kilometers we were finally there and had a great night with friends and did the dogs ready for the dogshow. There were 100 samoyeds enterd to the show and mine did not more that ok this day, see under RESULTS

Amanda and Romulus participated in a very different juniorhandling, this time thay had made a course with slalom, juming and handling, judged by jonas Öhrn, posh paws kennel.

 Ulva was also participating, borrowd to Johanna, doughter to Jeanette Palmblad, white crystal kennel.

Unfortunatley Amanda got sick the night between friday and saturday and had to be indoors all saturday. Myself went to town for medications and missed all pulling the saturday. Another mistake was that I did not get a veterianrianpaper to romulus so he could not start the A-test.

11 years old ha did the A-test and came in under the hour and got it accepted, amazing!!
 

Sunday was a day with nothing mush more than pulling. We were on the lake pulling with our dogs and had a great time. First I took Romme & Ulva and put Amanda in the sled and went round the lake GREAT!!        
Then we tried to let Tayra  (A's Kiss Of Bright Beauty) pull, she has never tried before but she really liked it and had lots of fun (see the new indexphoto and in the gallery)

Mondat it was my time to feel sick and did not go out almost at all but  Lena & Tayra competed in the competition where the dog shall rut to you aas fast as possible and they did it really well!!
 

After the mistake with Romulus veterinarianpaper and I feeling bad about it I decided to do the A-test with Ulva  myself.

A-test is a test when the dog shall pull for 10 kilometers and maxtime is 60 minutes.
Ulva has never pulled alone and just a few kilometers before sled on snow. we did our very best but missed with just 1½ minute.

Next year I will definitly take atleast a couple of my dogs round, I now know that I can so it will be a year with lots of training (mostly for me) and hopefully i manage to take them round within the hour.

This weekend I have been in Gothenburg for the swedish winner dogshow and want to thank everyone for a great day, an extra thanks to Kenneth & Ulrika for helping out.

I got a glad surprice when Agneta and Izor (High Above Horizon ) come and visited thanks for stopping by!! He was a handsome boy and was there to enter the breedwalk on stage.

We have spent the weekend at Katarina & Lars with Lovis home and want to thank for bording and good food also want to thank Jörgen & Lena for coffee and nice time when I visited Zazzi in her new home.

the postive sides with the dogs have been the litters, every little great individ and all nice puppybuyers, both new and "old". we have been to many dogshows with really good results for the Amkidasdogs, several cac, and also BOS and BOB have been won this year by several dogs I even won one best in show breeder. We have spent several weekends around the country at SPHKs arrangements with many nice easygoing people and looking forward to doing that this year too.

2008 is the year when we hopefully will see the first litter with greenlanddogs at the kennel and we will not go to so many shows but will travel further instead.

you are all ALL very apprichiated and I wish you a successful good new year!!
